Shared Value Initiative India will be conducting various program/training(s) round the year to train and guide professionals on how to develop business plans for shared value initiatives. Participants would be taught via real time case studies, how to channelize resources to solve social problems. The program is an adaptation of the course on ‘Creating Shared Value’ that is offered at Harvard Business School.
The course is intended for senior corporate executives in strategy, operations, and new business development, and leaders from NGOs and government.

The course will be taught using study material prepared by Mark Kramer and Michael E. Porter. It will include case studies on Dow Chemical, Walmart and Norwegian Fertilizer Company et al. The curriculum features HBS-style case discussions, guest protagonists, and concept presentations that explores shared value concept, applications, and implementations.
